We offer both in-house and partner design services. Depending on your project and what you are looking for, we will match you with the right designer to make your dreams a reality. The designer can help you choose materials, finishes, and features that are right for you. Once these decisions are made, we will go over the project details and plan once again.

At Ascend Builders, we recognize the importance of a written contract. Once we have agreed on the project terms and budget, we will provide you with a final contract. The contract will make it easy to move forward with confidence, knowing that we are on the same page. This important step in the process allows us to move ahead with transparency and commitment, starting the renovation on the right foot.

Now that the details are final, we will set a timeline. We want to make sure we aren’t getting in your way or starting construction when it is inconvenient for you. At this point we will be able to estimate the date of completion. A timeline will allow you to begin planning and preparing for your renovation.

Once the contract is signed and the timeline is set, our team of skilled professionals gets to work. We prepare the materials, begin demolition, and start building. You will have a point of contact throughout the entire process who will give you consistent updates, let you know what’s going on, and answer any questions you may have.

As the project comes to a close, we get to show you the finished product. We will guide you through the changes we’ve made and show you that we’ve completed everything that we promised.
